Meet Jovie!

Jovie entered Chula Vista Shelter as a stray with a wounded leg. While at the shelter, her leg was treated and healed, and she had a dental.

Jovie became a Frosted Face on December 23rd. She is estimated to be 12 years old and weighs 9.5 lbs.

Jovie is currently on a two-week Frosted Fling, so we can learn more about her in a home setting. Her Fling Mom shared this rave review:

Jovie is house-trained, active, but not hyper, and enjoys walking around my yard as much as she enjoys a cozy nap on a soft bed.

Although Jovie has been neglected in the past, she’s never lost her love for people and is ready to start fresh with a family who will give her all the love she deserves. She’s a calm and friendly companion who will happily settle into your home and shower you with affection.

Choose a Program: Review the chart below and determine the time commitment that works best for you.

Express Interest: Fill out the Placement Questionnaire as completely and thoughtfully as possible so we can understand your expectations.

Invitation: Within 24 hours a Placement Coordinator will email follow up responses and schedule an appointment for you to visit Frosted Faces Foundation!

a. You will be invited to bring your family and pets to introduce to the Frosted Faces to ensure compatibility. We can show you how a dog interacts with cats on loose leash while you are here!

b. If the match is not successful, the Frosted Face is always welcome to come back to FFF and you will be invited to meet others!
