A24583 Gucci is a black, tan colored, approximately 5-year-old, 50-pound, spayed female, Pitbull.
She entered the shelter a stray on 12-28-2024 and was altered by our medical staff.
Gucci is a friendly, social, easy to handle girl here in the shelter. Our staff describes her as a sweet, friendly girl who loves attention. She was easy to leash but does pull on the leash, excited to be out exploring, but not bad. However, she does take correction well. She has had some training and will “sit” upon command. She loves people and will approach everyone for love and attention. She has a playful interest in other dogs here at the shelter. Gucci will be a loving companion to any family in her new forever home.

Meet and greets with your family dog and shelter dog is encouraged. Dog and cat meet and greets are not allowed.

$80 for all kitten/cat adoptions. $90 for all puppy/dog adoptions. $35 for all rabbit adoptions.

Additional adoption info

The shelter is open to the public Monday through Saturday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with adoptions closing at 4:30pm. The shelter is closed on Sundays and all government observed holidays.

City of Henderson Animal Care and Control is the only open admission animal shelter in the City of Henderson. We service the City of Henderson and the residents and animals within city limits. Our goal is to find forever homes for all adoptable animals and reunite pets with their people. We work with multiple rescue groups and allow any good adoptee to adopt from our shelter.
