This sweet 2-year-old lab mix was found as a stray in South Carolina, and recently made her way to New York, ready to start a new chapter with her forever family.

Martha adores people of all ages and gets along great with other dogs, making her a perfect companion for any home.

She likes to go on walks, run around, and explore the world around her. When she's inside the house, she is more than happy to be your shadow and cuddle the afternoon or evening away with you.

With her gentle nature, piercing gold eyes, and loving personality, she’ll quickly steal your heart.

An application, agreement, personal reference check, vet reference check and home visit are required.

Adoption fees are below. All of our animals are microchipped, up to date on vaccines and fully vetted.

Puppies under 1 year : $495
Adults 1-9 years: $375
Adults 9+ years: $300
Special Needs Animals: dependant on specific animal and his or her needs

ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT of $125 for spay/ neuter for all unaltered dogs unless the spay/neuter

Go meet their pets

We are located at 46 Sodom Road, Brewster, NY. You can come stop by 7 days a week from 11am-4pm. While we have 15-18 dogs housed at our adoption center, the majority of our dogs are located in private foster homes.

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
