Elijah is a charming and playful young cat who is full of personality and energy! With his striking good looks and goofy personality, he’s guaranteed to quickly steal your heart. Elijah is endlessly curious and always up for an adventure, whether that means exploring every nook and cranny, chasing his favourite toys, or maybe getting himself into a bit of (adorable) mischief.
Elijah is a snuggle enthusiast and loves to be picked up! While he’s highly affectionate, he is also bursting with kitten energy. He gets the zoomies multiple times a day, running around and leaping between furniture, making everyone laugh with his goofy, clumsy antics.
He loves children and adults alike and never bites or scratches intentionally. He often gives little encouraging “chirps” while being pet, which is one of the cutest things about him. He will also happily snuggle up in your lap for some quiet time after play.
Elijah was rescued after being hit by a car, where he sustained a jaw fracture however, he has fully recovered since and has no lasting effects from the injury! Such a strong and resilient boy!
Toys are a must for Elijah, as his active mind and paws need plenty to keep busy! If not, he might find creative ways to entertain himself like batting around jacket sleeves or charger cables. He has a special love for water and enjoys splashing in his bowl, playing in the sink, or even playing inside the toilet. So the more toys to keep him busy, the better!
Besides playing and snuggling, Elijah also loves food. He'll let you know when he's hungry by giving you lots of extra meows.
Special note from Elijah's foster family: Elijah is a very, very fun cat. Sometimes he reminds us of a puppy. We adore him and know he’ll bring so much joy to his forever family!
