Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet this adorable, awesome, very sweet boy we are calling Paddy. Paddy came to the shelter on 12/21 because he became lost on a grand adventure. He is a precious boy that needs his life turned around very soon. He is a young pup that will grow up a medium sized boy so growing up in a loud, overcrowded shelter is not ideal for him to start out in life. All pups are also a lot of work so PLEASE make sure you have the time, home, and commitment to this awesome young man so he does not end up in the shelter ever again. He is very intelligent as he knows to basic commands such as sitting when asked. Give him some time and patience and he will show you all tricks he knows. You just got to give him a chance. But YOU AS A PET PARENT HAS TO TAKE THE TIME TO TEACH HIM!! He would be a wonderful student if you would take the time and effort to teach him everything he doesn't know already. He is easy on a leash and good in his run. He just needs people who love him no matter where he came from, that will give him the patience, love, respect and understanding that he deserves. This may have been the only home he has ever known. He would like to have that second chance to have a family once again and not stay in a shelter for too long. Can you help him find his way to his forever home? He would like that so much. Nice bed, lots of toys to play with, good meals and lots of love and attention from you. If you can help him make his dream come true, then he is your guy!
Paddy is current on vaccines, will be neutered and micro chipped upon his adoption. He has tested negative for heartworms which is wonderful news for him! He is in Run 311 and his ID is 7102. Paddy is only 4 years old and weighs a mere 22lbs. He has so much love to give someone who is willing to be committed to taking care of him everyday. He is still a baby and he really doesn't deserve to start out in life in a loud, overcrowded shelter. Please give this sweet boy a solid chance. He needs you now more than ever.
Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. You can bring your pet to the shelter for a meet & greet with your potential new best friend. When inquiring about a cat or dog, please use THE ID NUMBER.
