Rowen is nervous with new people, and sudden movements and loud noises scare her. However, she is well socialized loves playing with other dogs at the park and even gets along well with cats! She is obsessed with tennis balls, and would play fetch with you. She knows sit, down, off, heel, and come commands (though she'll need practice under new owners guidance). She bonds best by playing and walking outdoors.
