Infinity entered Baldwin Park Shelter as a stray, and when she wasn't claimed during the required hold period, we scooped her up to become a Frosted Face on January 1st. What a way for Infinity to start the new year - with the promise of a loving forever home!
We estimate Infinity is 9 years old, and she weighs just under 19 lbs. Before leaving on a two-week Frosted Fling, she spent a week with our founders in their home and earned this rave review:
"Infinity has been one of our easiest fosters to date! She hasn’t had a single accident in the house all week. She sleeps between us in bed, she can cuddle on our side of our house with our 4 dogs while we’re on the FFF side at work all day, too! She is not anxious when left alone in our house.
We took Infinity on a hike at Barnett Ranch, and she was amazing!! She cruised and checked in about every 20 seconds. With practice on a long lead first, she would likely do great somewhere like Fiesta Island off leash!"
Infinity earned praise from her Fling Mom, too!
"I don’t even know where to start with good things to say about this little girl! Infinity is the easiest! Here are the things we know about her:
Quiet
Good listener
Obedient
Knows “sit”
Loves walks
Good on leash
Loves naps
Loves laps
Independent
CRAZY loving, but takes a little time to warm up
100% potty trained
Healthy!! Not on any medications!
Good eater, NOT picky
Sleeps through the night
Not timid with other dogs, friendly
No resource guarding—of humans, food, toys, beds—great at sharing
Infinity has a good amount of energy, so she’s game for a walk or a hike. She's also happy to lay around and take it easy at home! She reads the room very well, and she’s a go with the flow kind of gal.
Infinity does like to go with you if you offer to take her on errands or for car rides, but she’s been very independent when she’s left, not stressed.
Infinity is absolutely perfect, and I think she would be ideal for literally any lifestyle. I would encourage her new family to give her a chance to settle in and acclimate. She warmed up quickly and was a completely different dog after being at my house for 24 hours. Infinity is the easiest housemate I think I’ve ever had, and she just wants to be loved and fed."
Infinity is back on-site and ready for a forever home. Might it be with you?
