Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This helps Humane Society of Greater Dayton with pet care costs.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Felix, the adorable bundle of energy with a heart full of love! This sweet pup is always ready for some action—whether he’s running around like a maniac, playing with his favorite toys, or zooming after a ball, Felix is all about fun. He’s got enough energy to keep up with anyone who loves to stay active, but once he’s tired out, he’s more than happy to curl up in your lap for some well-deserved cuddle time.
Despite his hyperactive nature, Felix is as sweet as they come. He’s the kind of dog who loves to show affection and will never turn down a good snuggle session. He’s got a big heart and is always ready to share the love with his human companions. Whether he’s chasing after a toy or resting his head on your lap, Felix will keep you entertained and feeling loved.
If you’re looking for a fun-loving pup who knows how to balance playtime with cozy cuddle time, Felix is your guy! He’s full of life, super sweet, and ready to bring joy and excitement into your home. If you’re ready for a high-energy, affectionate companion who’s always up for a good time, Felix is the perfect match for you!

More about this shelter
The Humane Society of Greater Dayton is proud to be a no-kill animal welfare agency. We are committed to finding great homes for great pets! As a 501(c)(3) nonproft, we receive no government funding and rely solely on donations from individuals, companies and grants to fund our programs and services. We are not affiliated with any other animal agency on a local, state or national level. Since 1902, our organization has been devoted to being a voice for the voiceless. Although we proudly find more than 2,000 animals forever homes every year, we are far more than an adoption center. We currently have a wide array of programs to support animals in our community. Through our high-volume spay and neuter clinic, we are able to help pet owners as well as battle cat overpopulation through Trap-Neuter-Return. Our humane society agents also work tirelessly to protect pets from cruel and neglectful circumstances through our Cruelty & Neglect Investigations Department. Through our Veterinary Hospital, we can provide top-quality access to veterinary care at a low cost to pet owners. In addition to our many programs, our organization is unique because we are the only agency in the community able to handle all types of animals. This includes cats and dogs but also rabbits, birds, farm animals, pocket pets and exotics. Our organization is committed to providing our community, our state and our region with support and care.
