Meet Benji, this sweet pup is a Yorkie who’s about a year-old, and around ten pounds.
Things you should know about Benji:
He loves kids, and he gets along with other dogs. He’s calm, but when he gets excited, he gets a little wild cause he’s still a pup, therefore we recommend kids be gentle with him. He knows what you mean when you say “outside” “potty” however, he’ll need work with his potty training and will need time and consistency with it. He doesn’t care too much for cuddles but he loves attention from his people. He doesn’t like being locked in a kennel and will bark and whine. Benji knows how to sit and give paw. He LOVES treats especially hard chewy treats.
We are currently accepting pre-adoption applications. He will be neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccines upon completion of his adoption. Benji’s adoption fee is $400. If you would like to meet this sweet boy, just text Rhonda at the above contact information.

Hi, My name is Marianna. 15 years ago during my last trimester of my pregnancy, I have rescued 5 m old puppy pit bull, who was emaciated, locked in the shed, and under socialized. 2 weeks later, the puppy has prevented me from drifting into diabetic coma by waking me up while I was laying on the couch. I named him 2nd Chance, or Chancey, or Momma' Boy. As much as I have saved him, he has saved our then unborn daughter and also me.
When my daughter turned 5 months old, I have decided to start rescuing pit bulls from the public, and also, the shelters. My life has been changed forever by rescuing the most abused and neglected breed in US. I feel that now my life has a purpose. Today, I am a mom, Human Resources Professional, friend, and the Rescuer. I am honored to be able to rescue fur kids and find them great homes.
