Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Violet came to us in rough shape and had faced neglect in her previous life. This sweet girl was vastly under weight and lacked correct socialization with other animals and new people. Since then she has gained some pounds has learned to trust people again and is on the rise to be a beautiful dog with a loving heart. Vi would do best in a home without other animals. Although she is relearning how to properly socialize with other dogs she is not yet ready to share a home with them, but she is learning. She would also thrive in a home without young kids as she can be startled by them. Despite all this Violet is a very sweeet dog that has been wronged in her life before coming to CARE, and we are determined to change that for the better for her.

Once you meet an animal you want to adopt, you'll fill out an application. We'll read through and go over it with you. Once that's approved we'll set up a counseling session to go over all paperwork with you.
Dogs must go home in a collar and leash and cats must leave in a carrier. Both of which can be purchased at the shelter. .
