Meet Cheerio – A Sweet 5-6 Year Old Beagle Looking for His Forever Home!
Cheerio is a lovable, 5 to 6-year-old male Beagle who is ready to find a home filled with love and a doggie sibling or two! This sweet boy has had a rough start, living outdoors with many dogs, but he's making amazing strides in learning what it’s like to live in a cozy, indoor home.
What We Love About Cheerio:
Cheerio is housebroken and not really a chewer. He is great with other dogs! Cheerio loves his fellow doggy friends! He gets his confidence from being around a pack and would thrive in a home with one or more dog siblings.
Loves to Snuggle: This affectionate boy loves curling up and cuddling with his doggy buddies. He’s looking for a family who has room for snuggles!
Playful & Fun: Cheerio is still learning how to play with toys but has plenty of fun with anything he can find—whether it's towels, paper towels, or laundry.
Walks & Adventures: He’s loving his walks and is learning all about the world of indoor life, from vacuums to washers and dryers.
Shy but Sweet: Cheerio is a bit shy when meeting new people and may bark to let you know he's unsure, but with some patience and exposure, he’s making great progress on his socialization.
Good with Older Children: He would do well in a home with older children who will respect his space while he continues to grow in confidence.
Cheerio is full of personality, love, and potential. He may need a little time to adjust, but with the right family who understands the needs of a dog who is still learning about the world, he will be the perfect companion. He’s looking for a loving home where he can continue to blossom with other dogs and a patient family.
If you think Cheerio could be the perfect addition to your family, please reach out to us today! Let’s give this sweet boy the forever home he deserves!

Once the adoption application is received, a home visit will be set up. If that goes well and is approved, then a vet check is completed (if the applicant has recently owned an animal, if not, two professional references will be required). Once both of those are approved, then the adoption fee will need to be paid.

More about this rescue
We are dedicated to improving the lives of abused, abandoned, and homeless animals by aiding in their journey to a better life.
