Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Wallace is a young, friendly, and incredibly handsome boy with stunning merle markings and a zest for life! At around 3 years old, this energetic pup was recently rescued from the Hamilton Animal Shelter after winning over our volunteers at the kennel.
Wallace loves going for walks, so our amazing volunteers will help him work on leash manners and learn basic commands. While he’s not a fan of other dogs, he’ll thrive as the only pet in a home. We’ll also try pack walks to help him feel more comfortable peacefully coexisting with other pups.
Fun fact: Wallace loved his breakfast hash browns after his big rescue adventure—it’s safe to say he has great taste!
He’s looking for an adult-only household or one with older children where he can shine as the star of the family. For now, Wallace will be staying in boarding while we get to know him better—but he’s already on the lookout for a foster or forever home!
Apply today at pittiesandpals.com to give this gorgeous boy the loving home he deserves.
A huge thank-you to our amazing volunteers, Kate and Judy, for giving Wallace his freedom ride—our second rescue pull of 2025!

More about this rescue
Pitties and Pals Rescue, Inc. is (a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit). Our mission is to rescue dogs and educate the public. Although our main focus is the bully breed, we are committed to all dogs in need. We believe RESCUE involves a multitude of approaches that includes liberating dogs from at risk situations, whether in a shelter or with an owner in need of assistance. While adoption is always the ultimate goal, we believe transitioning into foster care allows for socialization and training that are key components to a successful placement.
Pitties and Pals volunteers are also committed to changing the negative public perception of the Bully Breed. As such, we welcome opportunities to heighten awareness and enhance education in a public forum through our personal stories and positive experiences.
