Maize is a senior kitty that has recently been displaced, through no fault of her own. Now, she’s found herself seeking a forever home in her twilight years, and this sweet and shy 10-year-old tabby cat is looking for a patient and loving family to call her own. If you aren’t able to adopt, please help by sharing her post!
While Maize may take some time to warm up to new people, once she feels comfortable, her true personality shines through. Despite Maize’s quiet demeanor, she's a playful kitty who loves to explore her surroundings. When she's comfortable, she loves to play with toys and be silly and will provide plenty of laughs with her antics. She’s also gentle soul who loves a good neck and booty scratch. Maize is very sociable and gets along well with both dogs and cats, and she’s already been fully vetted - spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and FIV/FeLV negative.
Maize is currently living in a foster home in Fairborn. If you’re located in Ohio and interested in meeting Maize, submit an application via our website - https://www.forgotten4paws.com/adopt-adoptform. Foster-to-adopt is also an option. Email us with any questions - contactusforgotten4paws@yahoo.com.

Since we have no physical shelter, our cats and kittens live in our small network of foster homes. We utilize newsletters, social media, and websites such as Adopt-a-Pet to advertise the available cats/kittens. We also sometimes bring foster kittens/cats to the Easton PetSmart on weekends to meet potential adopters. If you are interested in meeting a particular cat, please submit an application online, and then email us to inquire about how to meet the cat.
