Stunning Hako is a young, high-energy cat looking for a home as a single cat or with a playful kitten. This rare orange female, with a unique extra floofy tail, is a very confident and independent. She’s not scared of strangers or new environments and is quick to adapt to any new place. She’s not intimidated by other cats and could do well with a young, energetic play partner who’s willing to play hard OR as a solo cat with an owner willing to play with her daily. Hako can easily entertain herself for a few hours at a time just with a toy. Her meows are also the cutest little sounds. She is very food motivated but also can be picky about the treats she likes.

Hako is a cat who really appreciates affection when it’s on her terms. She doesn’t like to be picked up, but she’ll approach you if you just extend your arm and plop down and show you her belly. She loves pets and belly rubs. She also loves curling up next to you while you’re sitting on the sofa, and enjoys your company without being a lap cat.

Hako was found as a stray in Brooklyn, but has since been spayed, has all her vaccines, and is FIV/FeLV negative.
