A Little Bit About My Rescue: During the fierce winter storm, my siblings and I were discovered shivering in a dumpster. But luck was on our side! The amazing folks at Stray Paws Rescue scooped us up and brought us into the warmth and safety of a loving environment. Now at 7 weeks old, I am thriving and ready to venture into a forever home!

Interview
Once the application is reviewed, it is sent to the foster and they will reach out to you in 1-3 days.

Meet the Pet
The foster will set up a time and place for you to meet the pet. We will also need to meet your resident pets if you have them.
4.
Home Check
We will do a home visit to ensure the foster animal goes to the right home. We will call your landlord if you rent.
5.
Approve Application
We call all 3 references.
If you have a resident pet, we will call their vet to confirm they are up to date on vaccinations & altered.
Additional adoption info
All adoption fees are payable the day the contract is finalized.
Please note our adoption fees are as follows:
Puppies 6 months and younger - $325.00
Young adults 7 months-6 years - $300.00
Adults-Seniors: 7 years+ - $200.00
Cats and kittens - $150.00
Pair of kittens - $275.00

We are a 501c3 licensed non profit organization in St Louis, Missouri. We are foster based and have a passion for helping the animals who have been dumped and abandoned in St Louis city. We also work hard to help save those in high kill shelters that are scheduled to be euthanized. We believe in that all pets deserve a second chance and that there is a home for everyone.
