Meet Chance, an adorable little 2-3 year old male Terrier with a big heart. His name couldn’t be more fitting—this sweet pup is ready for a fresh start and a loving home. After being abandoned by his previous family, it took three months to rescue him and even longer for him to learn that he’s safe and deserves affection.

Now, Chance has blossomed into a confident, loving companion with so much love to give. His dream home would have someone who’s home often, as he adores being by your side and playing with his toys. Chance isn’t a fan of being left alone and will thrive as your loyal shadow. At night, he loves to snuggle and would prefer to sleep right next to you.

Chance gets along well with other dogs, though he may do best with female canine companions. At around 2 to 3 years old, he’s the perfect age for someone seeking a devoted, affectionate pup.

Since our formation in early 2013, we have helped save thousands of cats and dogs throughout Idaho from neglect, abuse, and death. Many of our rescues come from the Burley Idaho Animal Shelter where PAWS has transformed what was once a high kill facility to a shelter where every adoptable animal gets a second chance! PAWS also takes in stray pets from all over Idaho including Twin Falls, Boise, Nampa, and Caldwell. We work our very hardest to respond to every call for help!

PAWS Rescue, Inc. saves all breeds of cats and dogs of all ages as well as animals who have been hit by cars, shot, abandoned, abused, and neglected.

Rescued animals are placed in loving foster homes or transferred to other no kill partner facilities giving them a chance to find the perfect forever home. Our efforts give these deserving animals a second chance at a happy life.

Every animal receives veterinary evaluation and care, including spay/neuter and vaccines, as well as treatment for any other medical issue they may have. No animal is ever euthanized due to expense.
