Hendrix is a handsome love bug who was recently rescued from the county shelter and is looking for his very own forever family. Hendrix has so much love to give his lucky new family. He is happy to meet the whole family and is open to the idea of sharing his home with a new canine companion. Coming from the county shelter, we don't know a whole lot about his past, so he may need some patience and training as he adjusts to his new life in his new home. To meet Hendrix please come to the shelter location anytime during business hours, no appointment needed.

More about this rescue

Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non profit registered 501(c)3 no kill rescue shelter. We are a group of volunteers who have dedicated our lives to rescuing and saving homeless, unwanted, abandoned, neglected, and abused small dogs. We save most of our animals from kill shelters around the valley, but also accept owner surrenders and stray surrenders. Owner surrender fee’s vary depending on space and availability. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, medically examine, microchip, and evaluate and/or socialize all dogs that come into our rescue before placing up for adoption to pre-screened homes. We rescue many dogs every week and always have a wide variety of personalities and breeds available who would be a perfect fit for any family and any home.
