Meet Jake, a friendly and social dog who was transferred in from LA due to the fires. Jake enjoys meeting new people and is always happy to share his love and affection. He walks well on a leash, with just a little bit of pulling - but nothing that can't be easily worked on. Jake may be house trained, making him a great addition to any home. He's sure to bring joy and energy to your life with his sweet personality! If you're looking for a lovable companion, Jake could be the boy for you!

Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.
