Tuke & Rutt
Like their namesakes Tuke & Rutt from the Disney animated movie Brother Bear….they are the sweetest boys who often bicker with each other, but their relationship is so close that they truly have brotherly love even though they don’t always agree. Their start was a rough one at an early age of approximately 5 weeks old with no mama or other siblings but their closeness showed as they got healthy and strong and stuck together and were there for each other.
Tuke – Chocolate Male, 12 weeks old – 14 pounds
Tuke (Tukey) has the most beautiful blue-green eyes that will melt your heart…but don’t let those eyes fool you as he is an energetic fun-loving pup who loves to wrestle and play with his brother Rutt. He spends his day running and chasing his brother along with all the other doggies at his foster home. He is typically the ringleader to most mischievous manners in the yard. Whether it is wood chips to chew or a hole that needs to be dug, Tuke is usually the one in charge leading the pack.
Throw a ball and he will run to fetch as that is one of his favorite pass times. And squeaky toys are the best. Whether sitting and squeaking it on his own or playing tug of war with his brother… toys are the best.
Tuke is crate trained, and house trained and gets along great with all of the other doggies and cats in his foster home.
Rutt – Chocolate Male, 12 weeks old – 17 pounds
Rutt is the biggest love bug and always wants to stay close for a hug or a pet. He is the last out of his crate and loves to sleep and cuddle. But once he engages in play with his brother, he is off and running. His face says it all and shows the sweet fun-loving puppy he is. He spends is day running and playing with his brother along with all the other doggies at his foster home. He loves to sit in the sun or chase a ball from time to time. Exploring is fun too and you will find him off in search of some treasure without notice. He loves the kitties in his foster home and wants to run and play with them all the time.
Rutt loves his squeaky and crinkly toys and can play with them for hours.
