Casey Jones – Fox Red Male X, 1.5 years, 80 lbs.
Hello Casey Jones! This charming young man is ready to capture hearts! At 1.5 years old, 80 pounds, and fully house-trained, Casey is a dream companion.
Casey was found as a stray with multiple Labradors and Doodles in a remote part of the Central Valley. The collaboration between rescues is heartening to see, especially when faced with the overwhelming issue of dog dumping. It's a sad reality, but thankfully, there are dedicated organizations and individuals working together to make a difference and find forever homes for dogs like Casey Jones.
Casey's affectionate, friendly, and gentle nature makes him an ideal fit for many families. His adaptability, love for people and dogs, and calm demeanor around children are all wonderful traits. Casey has not been exposed to cats.
Poor Casey was underweight when he was rescued, but thankfully, he's on the road to recovery. A little more weight will likely do him good, and with proper care and nutrition, he'll be filling out in no time, becoming an even more handsome and healthy companion!
If you think Casey Jones may be the dog for you, please fill out an adoption application at www.labrescuefresno.org
