My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

KAROLINA

Foster to Adopt

Have you ever wished for a smaller, four-legged bundle of joy who could light up your whole day?

Hi, I'm Karolina, and I might just be your perfect match!

While I was l hanging out at Chicago Animal Care and Control (CACC), the folks at CARE spotted me and decided to place me in the spotlight at C.A.R.E!

Want to know my credentials? At 35lbs, I'm travel-sized but packed with personality! My volunteer friends say I've got enough charm to win over even the toughest crowds, and my tail wags so much it could probably qualify as a workout routine.

Need a professional snuggler with experience in making humans smile? You're in luck! Being a Chicago girl, I've mastered the art of spreading joy wherever I go. My skills include giving the sweetest kisses, rocking a leash walk, and turning boring days into adventures.

Could I be the missing piece in your life puzzle? Come meet me at C.A.R.E and let's find out! I bet we could make some amazing memories together.

I will be spayed and microchipped and have had a full veterinary checkup and vaccines. My adoption fee is $325. For more information or if you would like to meet me, please fill out an adoption survey at carenorthshore.org/dog-adoption-survey

Our fees include a full medical exam by a veterinarian. This includes a Feline Leukemia and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) test for cats, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, deworming and Spay/Neuter. Dogs receive a Heartworm Check, Spay/Neuter, Rabies and Distemper Vaccines, Canine Flu Vaccine, deworming, and Kennel Cough preventative. Our modest adoption fees do not cover the procedures and vet work that we provide the animals. We fundraise to make up the difference. Any ongoing medical needs that C.A.R.E. is aware of are explained fully, (including daily medicine costs), to the potential adopter, and become the responsibility of the adopter.
