Meet Sampson, Sammy for short! He is a 4 month old, about 30 lbs Husky mix (he's even got his DNA results!) who is searching for his forever family!
Sammy is such a great boy! He is a friendly guy, still a little timid meeting new people, but he loves kids! He is good with other dogs but we're unsure how he may be with cats as he hasn't been exposed to them in his foster home.
This handsome boy is kennel trained and is doing well learning house training. A regular food and water routine have helped him with his kennel and house training. He isn't a big fan of leashes and will need a person or family that can help him keep learning and becoming more comfortable with a leash.
Sammy is your typical playful pup and enjoys being outside. He would do best in a home with a yard. He also has a snuggly side when he is comfortable with you and enjoys belly rubs.
This Husky boy has so much to offer a dog-loving person or family that will give a puppy the time and patience needed to learn and become an incredible family member!
You can send inquiries to our director of adoptions at muttmisfitsadoptions@gmail.com or apply to meet / adopt him at www.muttmisfits.org/adoption-application
Sammy is neutered, up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and microchipped. He doesn't have any special needs or take any medications.

We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) rescue whose mission is to help unwanted animals in situations that could lead to harm or euthanasia. We primarily focus on animals with major medical illnesses, injuries or advanced age that are often overlooked and usually the first to be at risk of euthanasia. By partnering with shelters and the public, we promote responsible pet ownership, spay and neuter, and the adoption of special needs pets. It is our goal to save the un-savable!
