Meet Nipsy! This spunky guy came from Texas. He had a home before and due to no fault of his own, he is in Wisconsin searching for his forever home. He has been a great guest in his foster home and has been doing a great job using that bathroom outside even with the snow! He is a playful fellow and gets along with the resident dogs nicely. He snuggles in bed at night with foster mom and loves a good ball or squeaky toy. Could this adorable guy be the family member you are looking for?
