Meet Eros, an 11-month-old bundle of enthusiasm and charm who's ready to brighten your days and snuggle through your nights. This energetic pup is a tug-of-war champion with a competitive streak that's all about fun. He's also a zoomies master, turning your backyard (or living room!) into his personal racetrack when the mood strikes. Eros loves going on long (or short) walks but if you do not have the time or energy, a good game of fetch down the hallway will do just fine. Despite his playful antics, Eros is a world-class snuggler who's happiest when curled up by your side, whether it's during an afternoon nap or at bedtime.
Eros is a squirrel enthusiast and takes his role as neighborhood wildlife observer very seriously. He thinks every animal he meets is his new best friend but is very respectful when he finds out that they might not feel the same way. While he is gentle with the 1lb foster kitten and other cats and small dog in his foster home, he really would not be best in a home with small people as he does not know his own strength and can be overzealous at playtime. Eros is the perfect size for someone who wants a portable pitty pal. At knee level he isn't too big to fit on your bed, in your lap, or in the car seat next to you. At just under 60lbs he is a little tank that can enjoy roughhousing and big squooshie hugs. Eros is always looking for adventure and something to chew on so stuffed toys have a tendency to go sploof in his presence. He redirects well and does well in his crate though would much rather sleep snuggled up with his person/people. Eros can be slow to warm up to new people but takes treats very gently so just give your friends a treat to give him and they will be instant besties. If you are looking for a new best friend for you and/or your playful doggo who will keep you laughing and bring the best snuggles of your life, consider meeting Eros.
