Piper is a magnificent 5-year old male kitty who was surrendered to HSOV on December 17, 2024 along with his two companions (Casper and Missy) who had shared his home. Sadly they became homeless when their mistress had passed away and there was nobody else who was able to take care of them.
Piper has an orange short smooth coat in a marbled tabby pattern, a long ringed tail, and an adorable chubby face with golden eyes, a dusting of white on his muzzle, and long white whiskers.
This big boy has a sweet, outgoing personality.
Piper was given vaccinations, flea treatment, and Pyrantel wormer on December 22, 2024. Piper weighed 14.4 lbs on December 17th.
Piper has already been neutered.
Piper and his brother Casper are best friends and were kept together in a double-wide cage when they entered our shelter. These photos of Piper were taken on December 22nd.
Piper and Casper were moved the The Jungle Room on December 31st where most of our adoptable cats are housed. Fortunately for these boys, a potential adopter saw them later that afternoon and submitted an application for both Piper and Casper.
Piper and Casper were adopted together on December 31, 2024 which made us very happy. These boys were soulmates who truly loved each other.
Their housemate Missy (a beautiful 10-year old spayed female Tortoiseshell kitty) is still in our shelter and is patiently waiting for someone special to make her the offer of a forever home. Missy has an affectionate, outgoing personality and has lots of love to bestow upon her new owner/family.
