Stanley is a handsome 4-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on December 22, 2024 after he was found on Stanley Street in Newport Ohio fending for himself. Stanley was a bit 'under the weather' with cold frigid temperatures fast approaching, so we are thankful that he is now in a safe place with our compassionate HSOV kennel techs who will give him the attention that he needs and deserves.
Stanley has a brown tabby-and-white longhaired coat, a long fluffy tail, and an adorable face with golden eyes, nice 'ear furnishings', a brown velvet nose, a white muzzle with a cute brown 'goatee', and long white whiskers.
This good-looking guy has a friendly, easygoing personality. Stanley is enjoying gourmet food and extra TLC .. And he looks and surely feels like a different kitty after being pampered/spoiled for the past three weeks. Stanley comes prancing to the front of his cage these days to politely ask for attention.
Stanley was given vaccinations and wormer on December 22, 2024. He weighed 7.4 lbs that day. Stanley was given booster vaccines on January 5, 2025.
These photos were taken during January 2025 and Stanley was always the gentleman each time we stopped by to take a few updated pictures. This boy knows how to relax (smile).
Stanley will be neutered in the near future (tentatively on January 27th) and will soon be ready to interview candidates to be his new family.
Update: Stanley was neutered on January 27, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 11.57 lbs that day.
