My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lydia is just under 1 year old pit mix girl. She’s medium sized, about 50 pounds. Lydia is medium energy and dog friendly. She loves playing with the 4 other dogs in her foster home, but is also content to just sit and chew on a bone or toy. Her energy is in quick bursts and then she’s ready to sleep for a while. She love to snuggle next to her people for a nap. Lydia has done great with the 10 year old human child in her foster home.

Lydia is crate and house trained. She sleeps in her crate at night with no issues. Lydia’s a goofy little girl who loves to eat! She’s pleasant on walks and after some initial excitement of getting out to walk she of kind of just meanders along. She also enjoys frequent walk breaks to lay in the grass and eat pinecones, sticks, and leaves. Lydia would do well in a variety of households and learns boundaries and manners quickly. She’s a smart girl who really just wants to be loved on and have a soft place to nap.
