Bruno is a lovable buddy who came to the shelter as a stray He is calm and easygoing -seeking a home where he can share his gentle affection. When you meet him, you’ll notice his soft eyes paired with a wagging tail that shows how much he enjoys your company.
Bruno is a sweetheart who loves exploring his surroundings. He very much so enjoys the attention, of his human friend, sitting calmly or leaning against you while soaking up all the love. He’s a smart boy who already knows “sit” and takes treats with ease.
If you’re looking for a dog who will bring comfort, calm, and joy, come meet Bruno and see if he’s the pup for you!
Eligible for rescue, foster, and adoption. Meet Bruno at ACCT Philly any day of the week from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or email foster@acctphilly.org to express interest in fostering him.

KENNEL PRESENTATION:
Bruno was sitting near the door with neutral eyes and a relaxed body. When he saw the leash and the handler gave some baby talk he perked up with mid level wags, soft eyes and stood up. He was patient for leashing and exited without issue. Needed a bit of leash pressure when returning.
LEASH SKILLS:
Pulls moderately
Some fixation on dogs when walking in kennels.
HANDLING :
In the room Bruno was friendly with both handlers walking around with soft eyes, mid level wags and was low energy and easy to handle. He waddled around the room exploring and would come back over to us to solicit often and lean in for pets. He allowed all over handling and would elan against us or sit calmly while being pet. He showed knowledge of sit and was very gentle when taking treats.
