Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Choppie is a big, lovable goofball who’s ready to find his forever home! At just 1 year old, he’s full of energy and excitement, always up for a good play session or a long walk. He loves running around and staying active, so his new family will need to be prepared for plenty of outdoor adventures to keep up with his enthusiasm. Despite his rambunctious side, Choppie has a soft spot for cuddles. When he`s done burning off energy, he’s happy to settle in for some snuggles on the couch with you. His affectionate nature makes him a wonderful companion, as long as he gets the mental and physical stimulation he needs! Choppie enjoys playing with other dogs, but we feel he would love to be your one and only! Choppie is not fond of cats, so a feline-free household is a must. Because of his playful and sometimes overly excitable nature, Choppie would do best in a home with older teenagers or adults. His lack of manners, paired with his excitement, means he may be a bit too much for younger kids. Choppie is ready to find a family who will give him the structure, exercise, and love he deserves. Could that be you? Come meet this big, sweet boy today and see if you’re the perfect match for his adventurous spirit!
If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.
My adoption fee is $ 150
