My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tito is an adorable and friendly XL chihuahua mystery mutt with heckin awesome ear fluffs and a lovely bushy tail. He came to us from a family that was unable to continue caring for him. He has an estimated birthdate of 09/10/2024.

Tito is a bit shy, but coming along just fine. He is good with dogs, cats, and kids. He is learning crate training and is at the beginning stage of potty training. He can walk on lead.

Tito's ideal family will be one who wants to include him and continue to hold him accountable to grow his social skills and obedience. He is sweet and enjoyable and will be a good boy for anyone who has a bit of tenacity to help him through the remainder of his potty training.

Tito comes neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed. His adoption fee is $300 and includes his leash, collar, ID tag, food sample, and medical records. To be considered to adopt, please begin by visiting www.murcismission.org and sending in an application.

Thank you for checking out our boy!

More about this rescue

From the day we could talk we told our pets more than we ever told our parents. We took the long route to see the kitty in the window down the street. We stopped even when we were late to pet the dog. We grew up and we saw what the world does to those who can't defend themselves. We are here to change that.

Ethical rescue, including fully vetting every animal and carefully placing them all into homes matched to their physical and mental needs is what we do.

Respecting all life, both animal and human, while retaining an underlying goal of keeping animals in their homes. and fostering a sense of community between local shelters and rescues is how we do it.
