Gumdrop (F, 53lbs) is barely an adult at just 1 yr old, reported to be found roaming the freezing cold streets of an inner city and now finds herself at an overpopulated and under staffed shelter! She's overwhelmed and afraid, needing more then anything, a forever family or foster family to take her in.
