Meet Oreo, the pint-sized powerhouse! This 11-month-old female Chihuahua/Dachshund (aka Chiweenie) is a bundle of energy and affection, tipping the scales at just 15 pounds with no hefty growth spurt in sight! She's got her microchip, all the vaccinations a gal could need, a negative heartworm test, and she’s on monthly heartworm prevention like a champ.

Oreo is all packed up and ready to bounce into her forever home! She's already crate trained and is making great strides in her potty training journey. Get ready for a whirlwind of fun with this little love bug!

Her adoption fee is $450

Resident pets of all applicants must have had routine veterinary care, be spayed/neutered, up to date on vaccines per the recommendations of your vet and taking heartworm prevention (dogs only). We will verify these records; giving your veterinarian permission to speak with us will help expedite the processing of your application.

More about this rescue

Our primary mission is to rescue, care for, and find loving homes for homeless cats and dogs. Our secondary goal is to make sure all of these animals are spayed or neutered. It is a big task, but we are ready! Paws and Prayers is based in the Northeast Ohio region. We operate as a non-profit, incorporated organization that functions solely on the efforts of foster homes and adoption volunteers.
