My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Approximate Date of Birth: 09/01/2024

Description:  Meet Dolly. Her name perfectly reflects her beauty and gentle spirit. Dolly was discovered trying to survive on her own. The moment I first held her she nestled into my arms and began to purr as if to express her gratitude for being rescued. She is sweet, playful, and loyal. It may take her a little time to warm up to you, but once she recognizes you as her person, she becomes affectionate and fun-loving. She prefers a calm environment and is wary of strangers. There is not a mean bone in her body but if she feels scared, she might hiss or growl. Once she understands there is no danger, her loud purring starts! She is truly a beauty, and when she feels at ease, she loves being brushed, which is great because she will need regular grooming. You will fall in love with how soft her fur is. Whoever adopts her will truly be lucky!

Words to Describe: Cuddly, Cautious and Loyal

Kitty Likes: Light head and back of the neck scratches and laying in your arms getting soft chin scratches and belly rubs.

Kitty Prefers Not To: Be picked up by her scruff.

Fastest Way to Get Kitty to Purr: Treats and pets at the same time!

Favorite Toys: She loves fuzzy balls and mice!
