Meet Margot and her sweet puppies! ALL will be available for foster and adoption first week of April 2025

Margot is a beautiful young Labrador Retriever with a heart as big as her soulful eyes. This sweet girl was rescued just in time from a shelter in Georgia, where her future looked uncertain. Pregnant and in need of a second chance, Margot made her way to safety mid-January.

And what a journey it’s been—because on January 15th, Margot started her new chapter as a proud mama! She gave birth to seven healthy, adorable puppies, all of whom will be ready for adoption in eight weeks. Margot is already proving to be an incredible mom, showing just how loving and nurturing she truly is.

Margot herself will also be looking for a forever home once her puppies are weaned and she’s ready. She’s gentle, affectionate, and so deserving of a life filled with love, comfort, and playtime. Could Margot or one of her pups be the missing piece in your family?

More about this rescue

Our mission is to save the lives of dogs facing euthanasia in high-kill shelters nationwide by pledging funds that enable rescues to take in, rehabilitate, and rehome animals in need. On occasion, if we do not have a local rescue in place in the city the dogs are in, we bring them to Illinois to avoid their euthanasia. They are placed in boarding for vetting, once done, they are promoted for fostering or adoption.
