My name is Malibu!

IT’S A PIRATE’S LIFE FOR ME!

I know I am no Johnny Depp or a pirate, but I am as sweet as my name sounds!

I am a nutty coconut full of love!

Now that I’ve got your attention, I am Malibu. My start in life wasn’t a good one. I was found tied to a pole in front of a vet’s office on a freezing cold day, along with my brother. We were taken to animal control and then rescued.

Now I am ready to be adopted. Yes, you heard me—I am ready for adoption!

My new human should know this about me: I am okay with kids and can even take treats gently, but I would prefer kids over six years old. This is because I am still a puppy myself at around a year old.

I prefer being your one and only, but when you have me, who else do you need? I can keep you busy enough for three dogs. I like to play, run, and just be a dog.

I am potty trained, so no worries there, and I am crate trained. I am not a fan of cats, as they look like fluffy toys that move, and I can’t resist chasing them.

• I have medium energy but love walkies. If you like to jog or hike, I am the perfect partner! With my ears, I can listen to whatever you need me to hear.
