My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ryder is an 11-week-old ball of energy and charm, ready to fill your home with laughter and love. This smart and adventurous little boy loves to run, play, and even chase his tail—it’s all part of his playful personality!

Ryder is a quick learner who’s eager to soak up new experiences, especially when they involve playtime with his sister, Rayne. But don’t let his high-energy antics fool you—this lovable pup has a soft side, too. He adores being held and will happily drift off to sleep in your arms after a fun day of play.

Ryder is a great fit for a family with children and other dogs. With his affectionate spirit and boundless enthusiasm, he’s ready to become the ultimate family pet.

***RYDER IS CURRENTLY IN HOUSTON, TX, BUT AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION AND TRANSPORT OUT OF STATE. Read below for more information.

Our dogs are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As a Pep's Pals Rescue direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc.).

Our adoption fee is $400 plus health certificate ($50), transport ($200 for most locations) and spay/neuter deposit ($100). Your spay/neuter deposit will be returned when proof of spay/neuter is provided. This adoption fee includes all current basic vaccinations, deworming, microchip (with lifetime registration), fecal analysis, spay, and a heartworm test. All dogs are current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of transport.

Pep's Pals Rescue is committed to rescuing shelter & street dogs and cats then finding them forever homes. All dogs and cats deserve to live their lives showered with the love they deserve.
Pep's Pals is named after Pepper, a lab who gave so much love to the founder of Pep's Pals and her family. We carry on his legacy by loving and caring for the dogs & cats who need to know what it is like to be a part of a family. Pepper was kind to every human and fur friend he met. We believe that's how Pepper would want us to carry out our mission.
