Meet Leena! 🐾

Leena is a 17-week-old lab mix with a heart full of love and a sharp little mind. This sweet girl already knows “sit” and “off". She is working on her crate training and housebreaking. She is really working hard to please.

Leena is the ultimate companion—she just wants to be by your side. While she’ll happily explore the outdoors, her favorite spot is indoors, hanging out with her humans. She’s also great with cats, making her a perfect addition to any family.

Leena is up to date on vaccines and wormers, and she’ll be spayed next week. With her sister already adopted, now it’s Leena’s turn to find her forever home. Could that be with you? ❤️

Leena is getting spayed on January 21st and will be available to go home with a family on the Saturday following that. However, she is now available for meet and greets and accepting applications!

Submit an application for the specific dog or cat will speed the process.

Approve Application

Our Applications Team will review and approve applications.

3.
Sign Adoption Contract

Once approved and you agree the pet is right for you, sign the contract, pay the adoption fee and take your new family member home!

The Fayette County Humane Society (FCHS), staffed entirely by volunteers, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported entirely by individual and corporate donations. Because we do not have a shelter, all of the animals we rescue live in temporary foster homes until they are adopted.
