My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

What my friends at ACC say about me:

I have lived with dogs in my previous home.

I have lived with cats in my previous home.

I'm an independent kitty who likes to do my own thing.

A volunteer writes: Some cats actively solicit attention, others hang back and want you to make the first move. The latter sounds like Precious, a lovely tabby lady with luscious fur who came to the Care Center after someone in her previous household developed allergies. Her former family described her as the ultimate couch potato who enjoyed spending time in the living room and could be shy when meeting new people. The Precious we've gotten to know can be found relaxing in her cat condo, allowing staffers to pet her on her head and body while still being a bit standoffish. At four years old, Precious knows her way around a home and is waiting patiently for pet parents who will initiate a meet and greet and do the work to prove themselves worthy of her. What will you get in return? The love and loyalty of a very precious feline.
