Here's what the humans have to say about me:
NO LONGER ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS
Vanilla Wafer is a pint-sized French Bulldog with a sweet personality and a great repertoire of ridiculous noises. Yes, she does make those crazy noises you see in videos. A dedicated lap dog, Nilla believes that personal space is a myth and insists on being as close as physically possible—preferably draped across a warm lap like a tiny, snoring-weighted blanket. When she’s not demanding belly rubs with a well-placed paw nudge, she’s perfecting her dramatic sighs, expertly hogging the couch, or randomly breaking into a case of the zoomies. Equal parts diva and cuddle-bug, Nilla is the ultimate four-legged companion, complete with a built-in soundtrack of the most absurd sounds imaginable. Nilla is great with cats, dogs- she prefers dogs more her size, and kids. She is working hard on housetraining but will need some time and patience in her new home.
Adoption fee is $450

More about this rescue
Passion for Pets Rescue (PPR) is a non-profit (501c3), insured and state licensed rescue, run by volunteers. We are a small group of like minded folks with big hearts. PPR does not have an actual shelter, all of our dogs are either in foster homes in Maine or with our Southern partners in Mississippi.
PPR covers all medical expenses. The majority of the dogs we rescue require immediate veterinary care. Skin infections and internal parasites are common occurrences. We pay for all spay & neuter surgeries. PPR makes sure all dogs are given age appropriate vaccinations, as well as, preventative medication for Heartworm and external parasites.
Please contact us if you would like to help foster, transport, fundraise or volunteer.
