My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Penny (A137223) is a 1-year-old husky mix who weighed nearly 40 lbs at intake!

01/18/25 This shy girl is Penny, and she was brought to the shelter after her previous owner had to add more time commitments to her life, taking away from the time and attention that she could give to Penny. Penny has been quite timid while at the shelter, and she was described as being a shy but friendly dog. She is looking for a patient owner that will give her time to adjust to her new home. Penny was said to be good with kids and other dogs. She has been known to bark at strangers and be timid around men. Penny rides well in the car and LOVES to be outside! She has been known to jump fences, so make sure she is secure on a tie out or supervised when outside. She has some naughty, young dog habits, such as chewing, digging and getting into the trash when given the opportunity. If you are interested in meeting miss Penny, please give the shelter a call!January 18, 2025, 6:51 pm
