Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hey what's up! My name is Sophie and I am a nine-month-old long-haired tabby female!
I came to Stray Haven when I was just a few weeks old with my mom and some of my siblings! We unfortunately had a string of bad luck where we had gotten sick, but since then my mom has been adopted and so have some of my siblings! I can’t wait till it's my turn to find my forever home!
I am a very friendly and cuddly kitty. If you just hold me I’ll cuddle up with you and pur for hours if you'd let me! I am also very playful, especially with other cats; I love to chase my friends around and go after all sorts of toys! I would do amazing in a home that has young children since I know that I have to be gentle with the little ones, and they could play with me all day like I dream about!
If you haven’t noticed already, one of my eyes does look a bit odd. It's been like that since I was a young kitten and it doesn’t bother me too much. The staff have discussed a possible surgery that may repair it or have it removed so please ask the staff questions about this!
If you would like to meet me, please feel free to drop into Stray Haven, and let's hang out for a while! Stray Haven Humane Society & SPCA 194 Shepard Rd., Waverly, NY 14892 (607) 565-2859, www.strayhavenspca.org Open hours: Tuesday-Friday 10am-5pm Saturday-Sunday 10am-4pm Closed on Mondays
