Josie is a beautiful pup who is currently with our partner rescue in Louisiana but hoping to come to NJ soon. We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters.

Josie was found as a stray in a rural area of southern Louisiana and no one came to claim her. She is being fostered by a nice family in Louisiana until she can come to NJ. She is learning housebreaking, crate training and leash walking. Josie is dog, cat and kid friendly!

Josie is u p to date on rabies, DHPP and Bordetella vaccines. Wag On Inn will arrange for her to be fixed and microchipped when she is 5-6 months old at the spay-neuter clinic in Holmdel, NJ. Adopters must live within reasonable driving distance to Holmdel. Her adoption fee is $550.

We require an application. After reviewing the application, your home sounds suitable for the personality of the animal you are looking for, then a home check and a meeting is set up. For our rescue animals an adoption donation is required. All our rescue animals are up to date on shots, heartworm tested or on preventative, dewormed frontlined and have a microchip.

Wag On Inn Rescue, A NJ recognized 501(C)3 organization, located in Freehold, NJ, is a small group of dedicated volunteers, trying to rehome dogs and cats. We have a variety of animals looking for their forever home. The animals are worked with individually to be socialized with other animals and with people. Some of the dogs are obedience trained and housebroken. Special care is also taken in working with animals on basic house manners. We have two types of ways we help the animals. One is our rescue program, where we pull animals from shelters and they stay with us until adopted, we also have a "referal program" where we help owners of pets try to find them new homes. with this program, the pets stay with their owners until a new home is found, and adopted from the owner.
