Lixue is a charming 3-year-old English Bulldog weighing around 36 lbs. He’s house-trained, crate-trained, and walks well on a leash. Lixue loves to play, especially with balls, and his playful yet laid-back personality is sure to win you over. He’s sweet, funny, and very in tune with his routine—his foster says he’s such a good, calm boy and even knows when it's potty time! Lixue enjoys his lazy moments, but he’s definitely snack-motivated and loves a tasty treat. If you’re looking for a sweet and easygoing companion, Lixue could be your perfect match!

The best way to meet our pups is via private meetings or at adoption events. We host these weekly at various locations around NYC.

Our adoption fee ranges from $275-$550 and covers the costs of vetting, boarding, transportation, and other necessary items for our dogs.

Hearts & Bones Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit foster-based rescue with dual bases in New York City, NY and Dallas, TX. We are dedicated to ending the needless euthanasia of shelter dogs through direct lifesaving, shared learning, and community building. Our incredible network of rescue partners, fosters, volunteers, and a small but mighty staff work together to save dogs in the areas where shelters are under the greatest stress, and unite them with loving adopters ready to give them the lives they deserve.
