Hello, world! I'm Chipper - a sweet, polite, well-behaved, and low-maintenance senior gent. A kind police officer found me all by myself as a stray on the wintry NYC streets and brought me to the NYC ACC on January 6th. My Muddy Paws foster mom picked me up and brought me to her home on January 15th. I'm so grateful to now be safe, warm, and loved. Despite my difficult past, I walk perfectly on a leash, sleep like a champion, listen well, and am house-broken and crate-trained. I like people and dogs, too. I'm resting up and dreaming of my forever home!
