Meet MILDRED and BORIS, a bonded brother and sister teenager kitten duo, looking for their forever home! Mildred is a gray tabby with bold brown markings, and Boris is a charming brown tabby. They can both be a little shy at first, but quickly warm up within a few days. Mildred is playful and affectionate, and Boris is a silly goofball. They love playing and cuddling together, and they rely on each other for confidence. Mildred loves batting around spring toys, and playing catch with soft toy balls while Boris bounces off the walls and loves playing with jingle balls. Mildred will give you a quiet little trill when she’s ready for attention in the form of chin and butt scritches. Boris will flop onto his side, which is a request for belly rubs. They are a perfect mix of playful, loving, sweet and hilarious--and with a little time to warm up, they would be a wonderful addition to your home!

Mildred and Boris have been altered, vaccinated, microchipped, is negative for FeLV and FIV, and includes a free wellness visit with our vet partners. All potential adopters are required to complete our application and contract. Our contract stipulates the requirements for care of our pets. These documents are available through e-mail or at our adoption events. The documents are reviewed by our staff and together with a face to face interview we explore the potential new home. If all parties agree to the specifics of the contract the dog or cat can go home. Adoption fee varies with age of pet.
All pets are current on vaccinations, health checked by our veterinarian, De-wormed, treated with flea medication, spayed or neutered, and cats are felv/fiv tested.

Our cats can be seen at Petsmart on Chad Drive and on Willamette St, at Petco near Valley River Center and Wags Emporium on Coburg Rd, seven days a week during normal business hours. We do have adoption counselors available on weekends or by appointment or from 12:30-2:30pm, Sat.-Sun.

Our mission is to provide care and find loving homes for cats and kittens of our community, with a focus on those with special needs. Currently we only work with Cats. We offer temporary housing in foster homes until they can be placed through our adoption process. We have adoption centers within both Petsmarts in Eugene, at Chad Drive, near Costco, and 29th and Willamette; PetCo by Valley River Center and Wags Dog Emporium on Coburg Rd. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network works with humane societies, other animal rescue groups, the public and government animal services agencies to offer them relief from their overpopulation problem. All cats in our custody receive the medical care they need. Cat Rescue & Adoption Network is a non-profit organization. All money raised is used to help Cat Rescue & Adoption Network save as many animal lives as possible.
