My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Max

*Age: 2 years

*Current Weight: 72

*Rescued from: South Carolina

*Adoption fee: $475

Meet Max, a stunning 2-year-old German Shepherd who is as smart as he is loving! Max was found alongside his dad, Ghost, and his brother, Peppino. While Peppino has already found his forever home and Ghost is well on his way, it's now Max's turn to find his happily ever after.

Max is a beautiful boy who adores people of all ages and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. His intelligence shines through in everything he does, making him a joy to train and interact with. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing fetch, or simply hanging out with his humans, Max is always ready for some fun and affection.

If you're looking for a loyal companion who's both sharp and sweet, Max could be the perfect addition to your family. He’s ready to start his new chapter—could it be with you?

More about this rescue

SNARR Northeast Animal Rescue's mission is "Giving Hope to the Hopeless.” SNARR stands for Special Needs Animal Rescue and Rehabilitation. We do focus on animals with special needs but we also rescue perfectly healthy dogs as well! SNARR works with municipal shelters all over the country to save animals at risk for being euthanized. Our dogs (and cats) are all in foster homes prior to being adopted.
