Sweet Markus has had a rough few months. When he was found, he had a broken leg that required surgery to repair. After that, he had to remain on limited activity for months to let the bone heal. Just when he should have been mostly recovered, he developed an infection that required additional treatment. But now, Markus is finally ready to find his forever home!

Markus loves people and would thrive with someone who works from home or can spend time with him during the day. He will be THE PURR-FECT blend of energy and affection—eager to go for a jog or hike with you, then just as happy to relax and lounge around the house.
