Meet Goose – the stunning grey and white beauty!

With her striking coat and loving personality, Goose is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. This sweet and affectionate girl adores attention, thrives on human companionship, and loves being by your side.

Goose gets along well with other animals and has experience living with them. She’d do wonderfully with another cat of a similar calm and gentle disposition, given proper introductions. Goose would also thrive as a single cat, as long as her humans can give her the love and attention she so deeply deserves.

This gentle and devoted girl truly shines in a calm, peaceful environment where she can feel secure and cherished. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving companion to bring warmth and affection into your home, Goose is ready to meet you.

Adoption fees are as follows: $155 for a single cat or kitten, $195 for a pair of cats or kittens. When adopting a cat from AHSEM the adoption includes spay or neuter surgery, age appropriate core vaccines, microchipping, combo tested (for FIV/FeLV), and basic wellness care including deworming and flea treatment.

AHSEM treats every adoption as "foster to adopt" This means that the first two weeks in which you have the cat is the "foster period." We do our best to ensure the right match for all involved and want to give the cat(s) time to decompress and adapt to their new environment. However, we realize sometimes things don't work out as expected. Therefore, during that two-week period, if something doesn’t work out you can bring the cat back. We will always take our cats back even after the "foster to adopt" period. We would hate to see them end up at a kill shelter, abandoned, or any other unsafe situation.

Animal House of South East Michigan is a 501 (c)3 no-kill animal rescue organization. We work primarily with cats and dogs through adoption, owner assistance and community education. We are a non-profit rescue that is run entirely by volunteers. We work in partnership with our local PetSmart, located on Woodward Avenue in Royal Oak, MI.
