Rocco was saved from a high kill shelter with his little family. He is a chihuahua terrier mix. Rocco is still a sweet boy who just wants love, cuddles, & food! He loves one on one time and playing tug. He does well in the car and loves to run in a yard. He’s house trained and sleeps through the night.

Submit Application

Adoption applications for our pups and cats can be found using this link: https://www.amazingstraysrescue.org/forms-applications

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
