Benji came to us from a local shelter. Found on the streets abandoned. He’s around 3 years old and is a happy go lucky dog. He loves to sun bathe, enjoys outdoor time, and walks well on leash. He is house trained and listens to basic commands. He does well with kids and dogs alike.

Submit Application

Adoption applications for our pups and cats can be found using this link: https://www.amazingstraysrescue.org/forms-applications

Interview

If your adoption application is selected as the best fit to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you.

Home Check

After reviewing your application and phone interview, we will conduct a home check.

4.
Meet the Pet

The ASR volunteer will help coordinate a play date between you and the foster so you can meet the pet.

We are a 100% volunteer based rescue and due to the large number of adoption applications we receive, we are unable to respond to each individual applicant. If your application is selected to continue in the adoption process, a volunteer will contact you via the phone number provided on your adoption application.
